This program is designed to back women with drive and ambition, moving into the next stage of their career.

The topics covered within this development session have been selected following rigorous research regarding the areas for development that are particularly relevant for female high potential leaders. This practical in-depth learning session is designed to focus on defining the core values and capabilities required from leaders to develop effective leadership skills and progress their career path into senior management roles. Those in attendance will be leaders from all parts of the media industry in Australia who have purpose and motivation and are proactively seeking senior management positions. The session will oversee how organisational transformation is linked with leadership development and why executive improvement goes hand in hand with business results optimisation. Through interactive discussions and small group working sessions, this workshop will challenge you to reflect on your strengths and values that define and support your effective leadership aspirations.
