Kara Glamore is a commercially driven marketing expert with over 20 years of experience both in Australia and USA. Over the years her creative communications work has received numerous Effie Awards both in AUS and USA.
She has spent the majority of her Marketing career at Nestlé building brands across their Petcare, Beverages, Ice Cream, Confectionery, and Cereals Divisions. 

Within that time she also was enlisted to lead an inaugural Innovations Manager role in Nestlé Oceania that delivered globally awarded strategies for the business. Kara has a passion for building and empowering teams and is actively involved in formal mentoring.

Kara is currently the Head of Brand and Marketing Communications for Caltex Australia leading an 11 person team in developing breakthrough communications, including New Media and Sponsorship partnerships (V8 Racing and FFA) in B2C and B2B segments.

Jessica Hudswell

Jessica Hudswell is a highly driven and internationally experienced senior leader, I consistently deliver results in design and execution against complex business engagement challenges. I have a proven track record of exceptional stakeholder relationships; achieving success through a collaborative approach.

Specialties: planning and problem solving, reputation strategies, stakeholder engagement, program management, corporate communications, regulatory relations, leadership.

Vanessa Marven
Head of Marketing and Communications

From hosting media at New York Fashion Week to producing a campaign shoot in remote Outback Australia, Vanessa Marven has enjoyed a diverse career in marketing and communications for some of the world’s most recognised brands including HUGO BOSS, R.M.Williams and Universal Pictures.

With a career spanning nearly two decades, Vanessa has also applied her expertise to the not for profit sector, developing and promoting campaigns such as Fashion Targets Breast Cancer, to create public awareness and research funding for breast cancer in young women.

Vanessa has particular expertise in PR, CRM, retail marketing and brand partnerships and enjoys team management and mentoring.

She is currently Head of Marketing for HUGO BOSS Australia/New Zealand, based in Melbourne.
