Lauren Jauncey is founder and Director of Frankly Diversity. Prior to launching Frankly Diversity, Lauren was the National Manager of Diversity and Inclusion at Australia Post. Over her career, Lauren has a proven track record of improving organisational performance through the implementation of diversity, leadership, talent and culture change programs.

She is an expert in improving the representation of women across all levels of leadership, achieving a gender pay gap of zero across the enterprise, developing and implementing Reconciliation Action Plans, supporting LGBTIQ programs organisation-wide and improving the experiences of people with a disability and their carers.


Angela Kilgour
Principal Advisor & Team Leader

QLD Department of Communities, Child Safety and Disability Services

Angela Kilgour is the Principal Consultant at the Department of Communities, Child Safety and Disability Services.

Currently working in the Strategic HR team. Projects to date include: Departmental team leader of the staff placement team supporting and coaching staff affected by workplace change, including staff impacted by the NDIS transition. Supporting managers and individuals to manage change and placement process.

Secretariat and co-ordinator for the departmental LGBTIQ+ working group to develop and to drive the implementation of the departmental strategy and action plan. Development of the and promotion of the first departmental Wellbeing Action Plan 2014-15 and 2015 -2016/17. Manage the departmental EEO Census response rate, results in 12 months have seen responses rise from 70% to 92%. Policy and resource development for Domestic or Family Violence in the workplace for the department.

Departmental coordinator and rep for the inaugural sector-wide employee opinion survey 2013. This involved partnering and coordinating with other departmental teams such as Info Services, Communications, Director-General and the Executive Management team. Successful outcomes included exceeding sector benchmark for response rate in the sector.

Manage the recruitment of 4 state wide campaigns of front line support staff for Disability Services.
