The below in-depth learning sessions run concurrently over the full day.

In-depth learning session A: Ensuring optimal security across IT infrastructure on premise, in the cloud and in containers

This in-depth learning session will examine the latest cyber security threats, weaknesses in your existing infrastructure, the next generation of security architecture patterns, and how to develop a strategy to deliver secure infrastructure. The session is aimed at all within IT who implement or influence cyber security strategy. Alongside prevalent use of the cloud, the emerging Internet of Things and an increased usage of smart devices, arrives a whole new set of challenges to face an organisation’s cyber security. It is therefore critical to underpin an organisation with secure infrastructure in the cloud and on premise that has the capabilities to respond to new cyber threats and new technologies.

In-depth learning session B: Applying the neuroscience for innovative and effective leadership across IT infrastructure

This in-depth learning session will examine how the principles of applied neuroscience can realise effective and innovative leadership to facilitate optimal IT delivery. It will also explore the application of neuroscience to build more effective change management capabilities, proficiently lead change and how to drive innovation across the workplace.

This full-day interactive session is aimed at senior managers who want to hone their capabilities to deliver excellent outcomes.
