Session B: Create a new lending model in a day – Design thinking for customer-centric innovation and business strategy
This is a dynamic and fun interactive learning session designed for marketing, operations, business improvement, customer experience and customer engagement executives that want to probe more deeply into emerging best practices in creativity and idea generation.
You will be introduced to a design-thinking process that allows you identify and solve problems in new and innovative ways. Participants will be required to think on their feet with this fast moving methodology that will facilitate the creation of new business ideas, innovation and dynamic change. By the end of the session you will be putting yourself into the customers' shoes and will be empowered with skills necessary to take this way of thinking forward into your daily work.
The session will provide participants with the capabilities to:
- Explore the customer value proposition and attractiveness of the idea
- Refine and produce concept pictures, stories and models
- Test ideas with customers and internal stakeholders
- Create solution options for complex challenges
Participants leave with concepts created, customer stories and value propositions, and a 1-page business model. By attending this session you will learn:
